Our publications are sold throughout North America in independent and specialized bookstores, online via e-commerce sites and directly from Ecotone distribution centers in both the United States and Canada.
Submission Guidelines:
If you have a book idea or manuscript that you think Ecotone would be interested in publishing, please contact us by mail using the following protocol.
Write us a 2-3 page proposal that includes:
- A description of the basic premise for the book (<200 words)
- A brief explanation of why the publication of your book will serve the green building and construction industry and the intended audience
- Your reasons for approaching Ecotone as a potential publisher
- A description of how you can contribute to the promotion of the book such as through book tours, organization affiliations, and speaking engagements
- Information on what stage of development your book is at currently (conceptual/partial draft/complete manuscript) and the approximate timeline for completion.
Send us the following documents for review. Provide a self-addressed, stamped envelope if you want these documents returned.
- Table of Contents draft
- Sample chapter draft
- Summary of your qualifications, biography and/or resume
