Fulfillment:
Please note that all U.S. orders are shipped via UPS Ground service. Canadian orders are shipped with Canada Post or UPS Ground. Typically orders are processed and shipped within 1 to 3 days from the time they are received. Books will arrive within 3 to 7 business days after processing.
